The Munchies was an Italian TV show that rocked on MTV and Italia Uno. They pulled off some wild real-life prank calls, totally unfiltered and politically incorrect, and then turned 'em into hilarious puppet animations, all crafted by the gnarly crew known as The Munchies.
The show was broadcast by MTV and Mediaset in 2001/2003.
'Let the Munchies Play' is the rad single off a music album that dropped back in 2002, packed with original jams specially cooked up for the show. The music video for 'Let the Munchies Play' was directed by Gip and brought to life by the Munchies crew.
The Munchies crew rolled with the making of the "L'Italiano Medio" music video by Articolo 31, directed by Gip and Zed. This jam dropped in 2003, gettin' played on MTV, All Music, and the early online streams (YouTube came in '05).
