The Desk - 🇺🇸

In this American pilot, 7 celebrities play dual roles, interviewing each other in a unique show hosted by 'The Desk.' Featuring Sofia Milos, Motiv8, Daniel McVicar, Danilo Gallinari, Kartika, Ashley Olson and Hanky Panky.

A talk show with no host, where esteemed guests alternate in pairs, each taking on the dual role of both interviewer and interviewee. The number of guests can vary, starting with a minimum of 4, with the exact quantity to be determined based on the episode's duration. The silent star of the show is 'The Desk,' which serves as a unique setting for our diverse roster of guests, including politicians, entertainment celebrities, sports figures, and more. Guests enter and exit using mechanical armchairs, seamlessly transporting them from offstage to center stage, where 'The Desk' is prominently positioned. Upon the guest's arrival, the interviewer has access to questions displayed on a monitor integrated into 'The Desk.' An oversized countdown board keeps the audience informed about the remaining time for each interview, facilitating a smooth transition as the guest shifts roles from interviewee to interviewer. When the allotted time elapses, the interviewer's chair automatically moves offstage, allowing the next guest to make their entrance. In this phase, the previous interviewee assumes the role of the new guest's interviewer. Each interview is enriched with graphic inserts and video contributions, which are directly displayed on the integrated monitor.

Project Overview:

The project is a groundbreaking talk show that dispenses with the conventional host role. Instead, it features distinguished guests who assume a dual responsibility, taking turns as both interviewers and interviewees. The number of participating guests can vary, beginning with a minimum of four, with the possibility of adjustment to suit the episode's duration.

Central Element - "The Desk":

At the heart of the show is "The Desk," a silent yet pivotal element that serves as a unique and central setting for our guests. This innovative talk show design is centered around "The Desk," which takes on a prominent role as a key visual and functional component.

Guest Transitions:

Mechanical armchairs facilitate the entrance and exit of guests. These armchairs seamlessly transport individuals from backstage to center stage, where "The Desk" is prominently positioned. Once a guest arrives at the desk, questions designed for the interview are displayed on a monitor integrated into the desk's structure.

Time Management:

A large countdown board is prominently featured, serving to inform the audience of the remaining time for each interview. This ensures that interviews are conducted efficiently and within the designated time frame. The countdown board plays a crucial role in managing the transition, allowing each guest to shift from the role of interviewee to interviewer as the conversation progresses.

Seamless Transitions:

Upon the conclusion of a guest's interview role, the interviewer's chair is automatically moved offstage, facilitating the entrance of the next guest. At this point, the previous interviewee assumes the role of interviewer in the upcoming exchange.

Content Enhancement:

Each interview is enriched with graphic inserts and video contributions, directly displayed on the built-in monitor. This feature adds depth, context, and visual elements to the conversations, enhancing the overall viewer experience.

Diverse Guest Roster:

The show boasts a diverse range of guests, including politicians, entertainment celebrities, sports personalities, and other prominent figures in the public eye. These guests engage in dynamic and engaging discussions within the distinct setting provided by "The Desk."
